What are your working hours?

We are open from 9:30AM TO 6:00PM from Monday to Friday and from 9:30AM TO 4:00PM on Saturdays.

Do you work on Sundays?

No  we do not.

Do you have another shop apart from the one in Nairobi?

No we do not.

Are your cameras brand new?

Yes they are.

Do your cameras come with warranty?

Yes they do.

Do you accept trade ins?

No we do not.

What are your timelines on goods ordered?

In stock items will be delivered within one to two days (except weekends) depending on where they are supposed to be delivered to, For our out of stock items kindly contact us on 0722764900.

What are your terms of payment?

We accept Cash, credit card, Mpesa, cheque after clearing, Bank transfer after clearing. Payment processing charges of 2.5% will apply for card purchases paid in store and 0.5 % charges of payments via mpesa

Do You accept payments in instalments?

Yes we do . This is through our financing partner Aspira

Do you deliver outside of Nairobi?

Yes we do, but at an extra cost depending on where it is to be delivered to.

Do you deliver outside Kenya?

Yes we do but at an extra cost and the customer will have to pay all relevant taxes applicable.

Do you fix cameras?

Yes we do.

Do you have a service centre?

Yes we do, Open from 10:00AM to 5:00. PM from Monday to Friday.

What is your return policy?

Goods once sold cannot be returned.
